While some competitors use lower specification steels we only use HARDOX 400 material. This is one of the unique elements that set us apart from our competitors. Our welds are tested in house by a welding inspector, along with section, dye penetrant, hardness, etc.

We also pride ourselves on providing a best-in-class paint finish using an epoxy primer, followed by a two-pack polyurethane finish coat, which is then oven-cured to ensure correct hardness. This allows us to apply at least 150 microns of paint, ensuring a product quality superior to those supplied by our competitors.

It withstands 500 hours corrosion resistance and is tested to ISO 2409 and ISO 9227. Our products are CE certified.
